Data & Technology Policies
Digital technologies drive creativity and connectivity, yet challenge privacy and may empower crime and surveillance. Their impact is guided by diverse political and corporate interests, with two billion emerging users set to reshape the landscape.
Amidst this, debates on tech regulation grow fiercer. Same Justice is dedicated to shaping this dialogue, aiming for well-informed choices in policy and governance through research and strategic collaboration.
Our History
We conduct research as a means of analysis to understand and explain global affairs with humanitarian and international rights aspirations. To this end, we work in partnership with international bodies and NGOs as well as leading research institutions including national and international courts. We therefore seek to present our results in a clear and accessible manner.
Same Justice managers aim to build and develop a unique and sustainable institution through their areas of interest and expertise. In order to dedicate time to thematic work on global justice, members of the Same Justice leadership team share oversight responsibility with a growing global network of individuals and organizations.
